The Value of Wisdom: Seeking Knowledge and fearing God

In today's world, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, constantly striving for success and achievement. We are taught from a young age that in order to be successful, we must work hard, get good grades, and pursue higher education. While these things are certainly important, it is also important to remember that true wisdom comes from God and not just from our understanding.
In addition to seeking knowledge and understanding through education and academic pursuits, seek wisdom and guidance from God. The Bible tells us that "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10) and that we should seek wisdom from God above all else (Proverbs 4:7). This means that as we strive to learn and grow in our human knowledge and understanding, we should also be seeking to grow in our relationship with God and to follow His guidance in our lives.
This can involve regular prayer and Bible study, seeking out the counsel of other believers, and actively seeking to live a life that is pleasing to God. By doing so, we can not only grow in our knowledge and understanding, but also in our wisdom and discernment, which will be invaluable in navigating the challenges and opportunities that we encounter in life.
PRAYER: “Thank You Father for my family and friends. Thank You for all the people You send my way to help me acquire knowledge. Thank You for the favour before You and before men. Today is another day that You have make so I will rejoice and be glad in it. Help me not to waste today, tomorrow and my future. I thank You that because of Christ, my life cannot be wasted. I acknowledge that my life is Your life and Your life is my life in Jesus name. Amen”
