Be of Good Cheer. It is Christ!

After Jesus finished preaching, He stayed behind to pray while His disciples sailed to Bethsaida. That night, the sea became rough and Jesus walked on water to reach them. The disciples were afraid, but Jesus told them not to fear. When the wind calmed down and He approached them, they were amazed (Mark 6:45-52). Jesus taught us to respond differently in troubling times by saying, "Be of good cheer. It is I."

Through the knowledge of God, we receive grace and peace. We have everything we need for a godly life because of Jesus. We must focus on God's Word instead of the things we see or hear.

Christ did these things to show us that there is no limitation to His power. For mankind, somethings are impossible but not for GOD. There is no law of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics that are beyond Him. And there is nothing that can stand against Christ and us that He won't overcome for our sake.

PRAYER: “Lord, thank You for Your word today. I know today that You want me to take You by Your word because You watch over Your word always to perform. Grant me the faith to believe what I cannot see. Grant me the peace to believe that You are working out all things for my good, in Jesus name I pray. Amen”
